Our Network Is Growing: Our Partner Organizations and How You Can Get Involved

Our network thrives thanks to the support of German civil society.

We would like to introduce our partner organizations and explain what their engagement involves and how you can get involved too.

Many thanks to the following partner organizations that are already supporting us:

  • Amadeu Antonio Foundation
  • Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft Kirche & Rechtsextrememismus
  • Dr. Christian Staffa, Beauftragter für den Kampf gegen Antisemitismus
    Evangelische Akademie zu Berlin
  • Deutsch-Israelische Gesellschaft e.V.
  • Gesicht zeigen! Für ein weltoffenes Deutschland (Show Your Face! For an Open-Minded Germany)
  • Makkabi Deutschland e.V.
  • Zweitzeugen e.V.

What Is the Role of Partner Organizations?

Partner organizations play a crucial role in raising awareness of the network and sending a strong message of solidarity to civil society in Israel.

Since early July 2024, we have been campaigning in the German public for donations to support civil society initiatives in Israel that assist survivors of the October 7 terror attacks and internally displaced people, Shoah survivors and their families, as well as Jewish-Arab projects promoting partnership and peaceful coexistence in Israel. Our partner organizations share our fundraising appeals through their networks, social media channels, or member organizations. In doing so, they are vital in helping us reach as many people as possible across Germany.

Why Should We Become a Partner Organization?

The network sees itself as a platform for initiatives supporting the democratic civil society in Israel. Partner organizations have the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas within the network in Germany as well as with initiatives from Israel—for example, at the network’s meet-ups. This can hopefully lead to new opportunities for collaboration.

Perhaps you are planning a delegation trip to Israel and are looking for contacts at civil society projects on the ground? You want to organize an event on the topic and are looking for a suitable speaker? Or you would like to organize your own fundraising event and need more information? Feel free to reach out to the network.

In addition, partner organizations can present their own projects and events on the network’s platform, provided they align with the network’s goals and focus areas. This helps generate even more visibility for their work. Partner organizations are also listed with their logo on the network’s website.
